• Importance of communications to unity and the growth of crew member created social media resources. 
• Crews asking the tough questions to members of management at the Anchorage crew meeting
• Limo's, snow storms, and the paltry company response in "Epic Fail"
• How $50 food vouchers allow the company to keep the operation going at a fraction of the price.
• The ExCo has received affirmative confirmation and agreement from management on the terms of R3. -- Strict CBA compliance
• Beginning the discussion for building a union contingency fund prior to entering Section 6 negotiations
